Navarre Beach Senior Photographer
Your last year of high school, photographed somewhere that actually looks like home.
This should look like you
The senior sessions that work are the ones where the person in them recognises themselves afterward. That sounds obvious and it is not how most senior photos get made.
So we talk first. Bring the jersey, the instrument, the truck, the dog, the pointe shoes. Bring the outfit your mother is not sure about. If you play a sport or dance or fish, we build the session around it rather than adding it at the end.
I will direct you the whole way through. You do not need to know how to pose and you will not be left standing there wondering what to do with your arms.

Where we shoot
The Navarre Beach pier is the signature location, and for good reason. The pilings give us structure and shade, the surf gives movement, and there is nowhere else on this coast that looks quite like it.
Beyond the pier we have open white sand, dunes and sea oats, the boardwalk at Sand Dollar Pavilion, and the Sound on the north side of the island if you want calm water instead of surf.
We can also work off the beach entirely. I have shot seniors in sunflower fields, against downtown brick, and with vehicles. Tell me what you have in mind.
Timing your session
Most families book in the summer before senior year, which gives you images in hand for graduation announcements, yearbook deadlines and the wall.
Sessions run at golden hour, the hour before sunset, or at sunrise if you want the beach genuinely empty. Sunrise sessions at the pier in June are worth the alarm clock.
Yearbook deadlines sneak up. If your school needs a portrait by a particular date, tell me when you book and I will build the delivery around it.

Outfits
Bring three. One that is unmistakably you, one that is a little dressed up, and one that is comfortable enough to sit in the sand in.
Solid colors and simple shapes photograph better than busy patterns, and the beach is bright, so mid-tones read better than pure white or all black. My what to wear guide covers this properly.
Changing on the beach is not glamorous but it is entirely doable, and it is worth it for the variety.
What you get
A one hour session with multiple outfits and locations within the beach, full direction throughout, and a gallery of edited images delivered digitally with a print release so you can order announcements wherever you like.
Sessions start at $325 with a $100 retainer. See the investment page for details.
