How it works

A big group, handled

Wrangling a dozen-plus people on a beach sounds like chaos; it isn’t, because that part is my job. We start with the whole group while everyone is fresh, then move through the combinations — grandparents with the grandkids, each little family, the cousins, the littles running wild — so nobody is left out and nobody is standing around too long.

You leave with the big posed portrait for the wall and all the in-between moments that actually feel like your family. We shoot at Sand Dollar Pavilion, where there is room for a crowd to spread out.

Big-group questions

How many people can we include?
Your whole extended family — grandparents, multiple households, cousins and all. The 75-minute session gives us time for the full group plus every smaller combination. If you’re expecting a very large crowd, just let me know when you book so we can plan the pacing.
What’s the difference between this and a regular family session?
The Family Session is your immediate crew for an hour. The Extended Family Session adds fifteen minutes and room for grandparents, cousins and multiple households, so we can get every combination without anyone feeling rushed.
What should everyone wear?
Coordinate across the group rather than matching — pick two or three soft colors (creams, sages, blues, warm neutrals) and let everyone pull from that palette. I’ll send a simple what-to-wear guide once you book.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Gulf weather moves fast, so if the forecast turns we simply reschedule for the next best golden-hour evening. Your retainer carries over, so you never lose it to a rainy day.
How do we get our images?
You’ll receive a private online gallery of hand-edited, high-resolution images with a print release, so everyone can share, download and print. Love more than your curated set? You can add extra images from your gallery anytime.
